Cancellation by the client
All rooms booked with the “EARLY BIRD” rate are non-refundable.
If the customer intends to cancel the reservation, made through the website or by e-mail, the latter must promptly communicate it through the website or to the Management always by e-mail. Cancellation made orally only is not allowed.
In case of new rules and provisions due to the COVID-19 emergency, we will keep the amount paid for a future booking no later than 31/12/2021.
Reservations cannot be postponed beyond the date of 12/31/2021.
Furthermore, in case of late arrival, in case of early departure or no-show on the day of arrival, the Management reserves the right to charge the entire stay: there is no refund.
Art. 4 – Cancellation of booking by the Management
If the Management decides to cancel a booking already placed and confirmed, the Client shall be entitled to compensation equal to the amount of the deposit paid, and thus waives the right to any further claims.
