☺Clean, modern, well equipped apartment, lovely garden and pool area, great view over hillside and the distant lake to the side. Good location, an easy 15 minute walk downhill to town centre. Good communication from Laura who was on hand to help throughout stay. No problem parking with reserved parking directly outside villa. Although the apartment did not have table and chairs directly outside there was a bench on the adjacent balcony and each apartment had a private furnished patio area and hot tub situated just across the garden.
☹Sound insulation could be a little better from apartment above although this did not really bother us.

☺De locatie is fantastisch. Je voelt je echt speciaal op die plek, door de uitstraling van de villa en de rust die je er ervaart. Het was ook heel fijn dat de hond meekon. Nergens werd moeilijk over gedaan. Heel relaxte sfeer.

Nice Apartment in beautiful surroundings
We stayed in the smallest of the apartments (La Perla) for 6 nights at the end Aug/begin Sept. The apartment is modern with a lovely bathroom and we were kindly provided with a tray of cakes/snacks on arrival. There is also a private hot tub in the beautiful gardens (they are very well kept) plus a good swimming pool surrounded by decking & sunbeds. It was really quiet when we went during the pandemic, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves.
There is a shared balcony providing lovely views of the surrounding hills and the lake. The villa is a 10-15 mins (mainly) uphill walk from the centre of Bellagio with some good local restaurants options nearby. The raised location provides some fantastic views. Bellagio is an excellent base to explore this part of the lake with plenty of things to do and with many regular ferries to the surrounding villages.
Laura was very helpful and was always quick to respond to messages.

Perfect stay on lake Como
Villa Vittali is set in a magnificent manicured garden on a hill of Bellagio. We had an appartement on the first floor with a big terrace with magnificent views. The appartement is modern and very functional, so it is also suitable for a longer stay. Laura at the reception was very friendly and helpful with local addresses. Not to be missed during your stay: a boat trip with Kikko of Bellagio Charter. Also two good restaurant addresses : Alle Darsene della Loppia (beautifull setting and great food) and Bilacus (impressive wine list).

Nice views and well located
Stayed here in a 2 bed apartment with large terrace.
Property is located 15min from main town on top of the hill. Easy into town and harder back in the heat! But most accommodation is the same, it is a hilly town.
The property is very nice with a great clean pool area and well tended gardens, and multi gym if you are inclined. We had a spa on the terrace which was well sized with stunning views.
Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations of things to do.
The only negative was some of the apartment had been renovated a little economically. For an apartment you are paying a good sum for, it had a cheap feeling kitchen and lounge and bedroom fittings. It had an ikea feel rather than a high end finish the property deserves. Bathrooms were really nice though.
If staying, my recommendation would be to get a room with attached terrace rather than a room with a terrace in the garden. The walk down to the garden would be frustrating with food, drinks,etc..
Room had sky which was nice and a selection of nibbles and fruit in arrival.
Good parking outside.

Highly recommended!
Clean and well equiped apartment in a large historic building with beautiful garden and pool very close to the historic centre of Bellagio. Communication with the host Laura is more then excellent. We had a great time and will definitively be back!

WOW, WOW, WOW
We were 4 adults staying in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1st floor apartment with it's own hot tub on the large terrace.
From the moment we saw the views we were stunned by the beauty of the gardens and surrounding area. Words just cannot describe.
There is a lovely pool area with plenty of comfortable sunbeds, an undercover gym and children's play area. 2 apartments have their own hot tub on their terrace, all the other apartments have their own private patio areas in the garden, which include their own hot tub. Towels for the pool area are provided.
Our apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need and was exceptionally clean. There is a laundry & ice making machine in the basement.
The villa is in a very peaceful location and is a 15 min walk to the restaurants of Bellagio and there is a large supermarket 10 mins walk away. The nearest restaurant is 5 min walk away and they also do take away pizza.
Laura was a lovely, extremely helpful hostess and should be very proud of the stunning property that she continues to improve.
This place is really quite magical and the online photos just don't do it justice.

Magnificent
No picture or video on any website can express the beauty of this villa, the attention to every detail, the beauty of the architecture, the magic of the location and most if all the love that has been put in renovating this place to perfection.
The rooms are spacious and beautiful with every detail thought of, you see a toy sack under a table... a fully equipped kitchen, pool towels and many other thoughtful touches. The views from anywhere, room, garden, pool or the private jacuzzi garden allocated to each apartment all have breathtaking views, perhaps being perfectly located on high hill with panoramic views has something to do with it. Only 10 minutes walk from town.
And last but certainly not least is Laura, the owner and host, she was amazing, simply amazing.
Thank you Laura, we hope to come again and again and again.

Amazing villa
I am a very picky traveler, but liked everything about this place:
- the villa is amazing; renovated in 2017,
- it is spotless clean; we all know that specific smell of sheets and mattresses we find in hotels - but not the case here, there was no smell, no hairs in the bathroom, no dust, spotless clean!
- the facilities meet all your expectations, there isn’t something you might need and Laura hasn’t thought about it already. We found toys and books for our little girl in our room even thought there is a play area by the pool.
- the pool is amazing; the sunbeds are new and the floors are non-slip and the scenery around the pool is everything one can dream about.
Laura is THE host: always smiling, ready to help, She gave us valuable advice on getting around Como even though there is a file with recommendations in each room.
When we left, Laura even had a gift for our little girl :).

Homely Hotel
Excellent place with Beautiful Garden and lovely view of Lake Como. Excellent rooms.
Does not have any eating facility but they provide Fruits, cookies, etc. to start the morning before leaving for the day.

Excellence.
Personnel très accueillant, appartement magnifique, propre, parfait. Vue magnifique. Accueil très chaleureux. Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le couverture n’est pas vraiment adaptée à la taille du lit, c’est la seule reproche que l’on peut faire. Il y a même un jacuzzi.Je recommande.

A lodging beyond our expectation
The villa belonged to the owner's grandfather. She turned it into a place for guests. Just renovated last year. It was such a beautiful place! We had a suite. Spacious bedroom, bathroom, sitting and dining room. Everything is tastefully decorated with high quality equipments. Kitchen area has complete cooking facilities, as there is no dining service at the villa. It has a large and beautiful garden. View from our verandah is breath taking. The owner Laura is a middle-age lady, extremely kind and helpful. At our request, our suite was ready for check in when we arrived at 9:30 in the morning. She took time to receive us and explained to us all the places and restaurants that we could visit. The villa does not serve food, but there is a hotel restaurant within walking distance nearby, Hotel Belvedere, which serves excellent food and has a very nice lake view from their terrace restaurant. We celebrated our Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival there. Dinner at Hotel Belvedere, admiring the moonlight from our varandah at the villa with our moon cake and wine for dessert, that experience was unforgettable!
Excellent value. The best accommodation and the least we paid on this our trip to Lake Como.

Art. 3 Cancellation by the Client – early departure
Clients wishing to cancel a booking placed on the Internet site or by email must notify the Management immediately, again on the Internet site or by email. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
No charge will be made for cancellations received by the Management up to 14 days prior to the booking period.
Otherwise, Clients will be charged a penalty equal to their deposit, and shall not have any entitlement to return of sums paid.
In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, the Management reserves the right to charge for the entire stay booked.
Art. 4 – Cancellation of booking by the Management
If the Management decides to cancel a booking already placed and confirmed, the Client shall be entitled to compensation equal to the amount of the deposit paid, and thus waives the right to any further claims.
