Art. 3 Cancellation by the Client – early departure

Clients wishing to cancel a booking placed on the Internet site or by email must notify the Management immediately, again on the Internet site or by email. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. No charge will be made for cancellations received by the Management up to 14 days prior to the booking period. Otherwise, Clients will be charged a penalty equal to their deposit, and shall not have any entitlement to return of sums paid. In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, the Management reserves the right to charge for the entire stay booked.

Art. 4 – Cancellation of booking by the Management

If the Management decides to cancel a booking already placed and confirmed, the Client shall be entitled to compensation equal to the amount of the deposit paid, and thus waives the right to any further claims.
